IFM Russian Introductions Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the IFM Russian Introductions Membership Terms and Conditions.
1. Information we request - We are firmly committed to your privacy. The personal contact information we request on the registration form is only retained on our database for the purpose of providing the IFM Russian Introductions service to you. This information will not be used for any other purpose (except as provided for in clause 5.) and will be deleted from our database at your request. If you are a minor (under the age of 18) please do not submit any personal information to us as you are not elegible to use our service.
2. Use of cookies on the IFM web site - We make use of cookies on certain pages of our Websites. "Cookies" are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing customized services.. Most cookies are "session cookies", meaning that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of a session. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits.
Third party advertising companies who may from time to time place advertisement on our site will have their own policy regarding the use of cookies which is separate from our own. The name of the advertising company will be displayed so you can check their policy in this respect
3. Information you provide - The information you enter on the registration form (excluding your date of birth and contact details) will appear on your profile which can be seen by other IFM members. You are solely responsible for all the information you publish or make known to other IFM members and must therefore take care not to enter on the registration form or provide in your communications with other members any sensitive information about yourself which should be kept private. If you were to do so IFM does not accept responsibility for any consequential breach of your privacy by other members/parties.
4. Information you glean - By using the services of this site you agree not to spam other members or divulge any information about other members which you may glean as a result of your use of the IFM web site.
5. Legal requests - we co-operate with law enforcement enquiries and accordingly we can (and you authorise us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement and other government officials as we, at our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of a crime including fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or which may expose you or us to legal liability.
6. Accessing, reviewing, changing, suspending or deleting your profile - Following registration, you can review and change the information you submitted during registration through the Member Service Menu including your password and e-mail address. Upon your written request, we will suspend or delete your profile and contact information from our database.
7. Control of Your Password - You are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password, including fees. You should therefore keep your password private and never divulge it to anyone.
8. Notice of changes to this privacy policy - We may make any necessary changes to this Privacy Policy should there be a need for this. All such changes to this policy are effective after we provide you with at least (30) days notice of the changes by sending email to members. We provide you with (30) days notice to allow you the opportunity to notify IFM if you do not agree to such changes.
